Responsibilities
Own end-to-end billing operations for usage-based revenue streams and ensure ASC 606 compliance
Oversee accounts payable workflows, vendor setup, invoice processing, and payments
Manage payroll for U.S. and international employees, ensuring accurate recording and compliance
Maintain equity ledger and process option grants, exercises, and terminations
Prepare monthly close deliverables, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses
Support annual audit, tax filings, and provide operational insights to FP&A
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
7-10+ years of accounting experience, ideally with early-stage tech or SaaS companies
Strong operational experience with accounting systems and processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and improve processes as the company grows
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
