Responsibilities

Developing critical software for the next generation of cancer treatment
Doing a lot of LabVIEW development
Working cross-functionally with physicists, electrical and mechanical engineers, and product leadership
Moving from the R&D mindset into a medical device deployment
Design, implementation, documentation, and test/integration
Solving tactical problems efficiently
Maintaining awareness of the bigger picture
Engaging in detail on a wide variety of issues
Generating solid documentation while developing innovative code
Collaborating with a variety of talented engineers and physicists
Maintaining a can-do attitude while delivering under pressure
Discussing design, implementation, and testing
Project planning and justification

Qualification

Required

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related physics or engineering discipline or 10+ years work equivalent experience in Controls/labVIEW
Experience with LabVIEW in multiple target environments (FPGA, Real-Time, application-level)
Practiced with generating solid documentation while developing innovative code
Comfortable working on high level design/requirements
Ability to debug anomalies in FPGA or real-time systems
Enjoy collaborating with a variety of talented engineers and physicists
Maintain a can-do attitude while delivering under pressure
Detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills
Experience doing project planning and justification
Role requires extended International travel
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S

Preferred

LabVIEW Certification (Certified LabVIEW Developer or equivalent experience)
