Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Lead Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master where required
Track project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Manage project documentation, resource allocation, and project schedules
Facilitate collaboration across business, technical, and operational teams

Required

Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
Have Scrum Master experience
Hands-on experience with project management tools: Jira / Confluence, MS Project / MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Trello / Asana / Monday.com (or similar tools)
Strong stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and reporting skills
Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure project delivery

Preferred

PMP (Project Management Professional)
PRINCE2 Certification
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Lean Six Sigma / PMI-ACP or other process improvement certifications
