Responsibilities
Support marketing campaigns by coordinating outreach schedules, preparing promotional materials, and assisting with digital and in-person activations
Maintain CRM systems and marketing databases with accurate records of customer interactions, campaign milestones, and service preferences
Assist with content creation and editing for email blasts, social media posts, and internal communications that promote AT&T’s services
Track campaign performance by compiling engagement metrics, analyzing feedback, and preparing reports that guide future strategy
Coordinate with internal teams in sales, logistics, and support to ensure marketing efforts align with service goals and customer needs
Participate in training programs to strengthen product knowledge, improve marketing skills, and stay current on AT&T’s evolving offerings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED preferred; coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus
Experience in marketing support, administrative coordination, or sales—especially in telecom or digital services—is highly valued
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support cross-functional teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools such as spreadsheets, email marketing software, and content management systems
Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning new marketing strategies and technologies
