Manage schedules and coordinate crews to deliver exceptional results
Be the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and ensuring their satisfaction
Address issues quickly and find effective solutions to keep projects on track
Maintain high industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing carpentry, roofing, siding, or window projects
A track record of managing timelines, budgets, and teams to successfully complete projects
Strong ability to manage client expectations and lead diverse teams to success
A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple projects simultaneously
Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 90lbs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work in various weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent
