Responsibilities

Proactive FP&A activities consolidating and preparing Portfolio reporting of Orders/Sales/EBIT/CASH

Assisting in Long Range Planning

Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business rhythms on Working Capital

Cash Management

Revenue Recognition and bookings

Direct support to a team of Financial Analysts who perform program control and Customer Financial Reporting

Funding Tracking

Invoice and Receivable tracking for Short Term Cash Mgmt

Support to proposal estimates and financial reviews

Qualification

Data Analytics AutomationFinancial Planning ToolsExcel SkillsGovernment AccountingRisk AssessmentPowerPoint ProficiencyPresentation SkillsSelf Starter

Required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6+ years of professional experience; or 4+ years of professional experience with a Masters degree

Active Top Secret security clearance

Preferred

Background in Data Analytics Automation or use of emerging AI tools for efficiency and accuracy

Proactive Leader, Self Starter/Highly motivated

Strong Financial Skills and risk assessment

Experience with key financial tools, process and policies supporting DoD and other Federal Agency contracts

Command of Ledger/ Financial Planning and Earned Value Tools (SAP/Hyperion/Cobra)

FAR and Government Compliance and is ready to support a virtual/Geographically distributed organization

Must possess Strong Excel Skills and Data analytics

Experience with Government Accounting/Invoicing/Cash management

Strong Presentation Skills

Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work with large data sets
