They are seeking a highly specialized Accounting/Invoicing Analyst with deep experience reviewing AIA construction pay applications to step in during a critical staffing gap.

Responsibilities
Review, audit, and validate AIA contractor pay applications, including labor rate verification, schedules of values, lien releases/waivers, and contract backup
Analyze and process multimillion-dollar contractor pay packages (e.g., reviewing a $3M allocation and confirming accuracy and compliance)
Function as an internal auditor for construction billing, ensuring all components align with contract terms
Work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams to route invoices, approvals, and timesheets
Use BlueBeam, e-Builder, and Excel as part of daily billing review workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on experience with AIA contracts and construction pay applications
Ability to independently validate contractor billing packages from end-to-end
Understanding of lien releases, lien waivers, certified payroll, and contract terms
Must be U.S. based and work in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Preferred
Experience with e-Builder
Experience with BlueBeam
Background supporting public-sector capital or bond-funded construction projects
