Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service delivery requests
Communicate with internal teams to confirm dispatch and timing
Process account updates, cancellations, and service changes accurately
Maintain organized records of service requests and scheduling activities
Provide administrative support for billing and collections as needed
Assist with reporting and documentation for operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or scheduling experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and office software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Good computer skills, either in administrative, customer service, or data entry
Customer service skills, true customer service, or retail/hospitality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Some college education, clerical or administrative assistance experience
Familiarity with dispatch or logistics coordination
Experience in billing or collections support
Prior experience in service-based industries
