Qualification
Required
Have 3-5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience (agency, corporate, or in-house)

Excel at relationship-building and communication across phone, video, and written channels
Are comfortable with technology and applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and digital tools
