Process account updates, cancellations, and service changes

Assist with reporting and documentation for operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in call center and customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
