Responsibilities
Support the planning and leadership of engagement activities and initiatives for the 2026 Internship Program
Analyze research studies and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for business enhancements
Assist in the analysis of employee survey results and develop actionable recommendations
Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize HR processes
Research and recommend innovative Recruiting Marketing strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts
Collaborate with fellow HR Intern(s) on a joint project to drive impactful outcomes
Conduct audits of HRIS data
Qualification
Required
The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or a related undergraduate or graduate program
