Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of eCommerce projects across multiple teams
Manage project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using internal tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Copy, SEO, Marketing, Advertising, and Customer Support teams to support execution and improve workflows
Organize and maintain brand assets and documentation within internal systems
Set up, track, and manage tasks using project and file management tools (e.g., ClickUp, OneDrive)
Support Walmart 1P & Marketplace initiatives, including launches, promotions, catalog updates, and operational improvements
Execute on-site content updates under the guidance of the digital lead, including uploading imagery, copy, rich media, and attribution
Monitor on-site content for accuracy and functionality; communicate issues and status updates to relevant teams
Assist with catalog maintenance, including product types, shelving paths, and variant configurations
Audit ratings and reviews for accuracy and report findings
Upload and maintain Brand Shop assets, coordinating with Creative and Copy teams for approvals as needed
Open, track, and report on Supplier One tickets related to content, publishing, variants, and catalog issues
Track progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Analyze basic performance data to support optimization and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Basic understanding of eCommerce operations, including catalog management and on-site content
