New Grad, Entry LevelConnect Search is seeking a seasonal Tax Accountant for a role lasting until April 2026. The position involves preparing individual and select business tax returns, requiring a solid understanding of tax preparation and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities
Prepare individual tax returns (1040s), including Schedule C, rental, and investment activity
Prepare partnership and corporate returns, if qualified
Complete approximately 2–3 returns per day (100–150 per season)
Review prior-year returns and source documents for accuracy and completeness
Identify missing information and contact clients as needed
Enter, review, and finalize returns in tax software
Qualification
Required
Ability to prepare tax returns independently from start to finish
Strong understanding of individual tax returns and related schedules
Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing own work
Professional and confident client communication skills
