Runnings is a rapidly growing retailer in the Farm, Home, and Outdoor space, seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service and support to their Marketing and eCommerce team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and contributing to marketing initiatives, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction

Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and empathetically, offering solutions that reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction

Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring all transactions align with company policies

Work closely with the eCommerce team to help enhance the customer experience on Runnings.com through website content updates and troubleshooting

Manage community support applications, an important piece of fostering strong relationships

Assist with data entry, analyzing eCommerce initiatives, and coordinating marketing events and materials to support team goals
