Responsibilities

Support senior leaders and team and serve as a flexible resource across Medical Affairs projects as priorities shift

Support compliant document management and record-keeping in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations

Manage and maintain schedules, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements and expenses for the Head of Medical Affairs

Assisting medical affairs managers with daily administrative needs

Assist with the preparation of presentations, and other materials as needed

Coordinate CDAs, Consulting Agreements and other documents via DocuSign

Serve as a key administrative user for Medical Affairs systems (e.g., Veeva, SharePoint), supporting data accuracy and organization

Assist with setting up training and onboarding for new team members

Maintain and organize the Medical Affairs SharePoint site
