Responsibilities
Provide seamless delivery of the service experience while recognizing appropriate ways to deepen relationships with each customer
Proactively engage small and medium segment customers via inbound calls and e-mail communications in an effort to build relationships and secure new business opportunities
Identify and offer appropriate needs-based solutions and service options and recognize cross sell opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer retention
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Ability to excel in fast-paced contact center environments
Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention, and growth
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to achieve company goals
