Responsibilities

Lead the development of "first of a kind" (FOAK) Revit models and construction documentation for AWS Mechanical Control Systems, transitioning existing overlays into fully integrated BIM models

Serve as the primary point of contact for the AWS BIM team during multi-trade design coordination meetings to identify and resolve complex clash detection issues

Drive the creation and maintenance of standard regional BIM templates and information exchange processes to ensure consistency across AWS’s global project portfolio

Manage the modification of controls models and documentation across concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations to meet fast-paced delivery schedules

Provide technical coordination support for information requests during construction phases while recording and reporting key design metrics to management
