DIVISION OFFICE MANAGER
William Ryan Homes is seeking a highly self-motivated Division Office Manager to join their team. This integral administrator will oversee customer files from sale to close, acting as a liaison and managing various administrative tasks throughout the home closing phase.

Responsibilities
Oversee and execute administrative tasks including:
Maintain and manage complex paperwork
Coordinate Homeowner Closings
Interact with Sellers, Title Company and Corporate to assure timely lot purchases
Complete month end reporting
Review all invoices and utility bills for accuracy and payment
Consistent interaction with customers and outside vendors
Manage office facilities/supplies
Other duties as needed for success
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years professional office experience
Excellent technology skills including Excel and Outlook
Real estate closing experience
Preferred
Associates Degree or Advanced Education a plus
