Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve project objectives
Gain experience in Project Management tools, processes and developing best practices
Generate schedules and communications to assist with project task execution
Manage project challenges and recommend solutions to address them
Prepare and deliver project status updates to team members and stakeholders
Apply academic knowledge to a real-world setting
Improve patient lives around the world every day
Help map out existing process, make suggestions for improvement, and standardize tools and templates for future use

Required

Must graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th – August 7th OR May 26th – August 14th
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN Boston Scientific Corporate location
Previous experience in a corporate or school setting with project management
Proficiency with MS Office applications

Preferred

Strong organization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Experience working across teams and managing multiple priorities
Experience with process improvement
