Support SmartDollar’s top enterprise clients—those investing $50K+ annually—by ensuring their long-term success from onboarding through renewal
Build deep, strategic relationships with business leaders
Guide organizations toward meaningful employee financial wellness outcomes
Collaborate across departments to drive retention and multi-year growth
Maintain monthly client communication
Meet each partner onsite annually
Manage a substantial book of business
Represent SmartDollar with professionalism and mission-driven conviction, including up to 50% travel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relationship management or customer success experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, financial wellness, or employee benefits
confident and polished in conversations with C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders
build trust through intentional long-term relationships—not transactional interactions
mission-driven and able to hold firm to values while engaging in corporate environments
collaborate naturally across teams and enjoy solving complex client problems with unity and clarity
Preferred
bilingual (Spanish speaking) capability
