Account Executive-Sr

Responsibilities

Conduct sales campaigns, understand client needs, and propose appropriate solutions
Attend conferences and trade shows, as required, to develop relationships, represent our brand understand our industry and identify new product requirements
Develop proposals, both solicited and unsolicited, present the solutions and secure customer commitment to the company’s products and services
Clearly understands and aligns the business objectives and sales strategies
Ensure that client relationships are maintained and strengthened
Completes WIN Plan strategy document for each assigned prospect and customer
Cultivates a list of key contacts within assigned territory
Contacts prospective customers to determine their needs and identifying the appropriate services for each customer
Coordination and validation of assigned RFP responses for prospects
Delivery of product demonstrations to customers
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or GED
5 years' experience in direct consultative selling
Experience in direct consultative selling, presentation skills, customer training experience, sales and contract negotiations and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel are expected qualifications
Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing
Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions
Highly motivated and target driven and thrives to win profitable deals for the business
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office suite and preferably Salesforce
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
This position requires travel 50-75% of the time

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience
Previous experience selling technology products or equivalent products and services to the same buyers
