Responsibilities
Participate in team efforts to achieve company and departmental goals
Research and resolve money on account issues
Accurately post incoming ACH/Wire/EFT checks and credit card payments to customer accounts
Perform daily bank reconciliation
Balance daily cash receipts and ensure accuracy of general ledger postings
Accurately reconcile bank receipts to daily cash postings
Identify accurate customer accounts for payment posting
Exercise signature authority and document financial transactions
Monitor, reconcile, and ensure transactions comply with contractual commitments, identifying risks
Ensure compliance with business commitments, company policies, laws, and regulations
Prioritize a wide range of complex issues and opportunities
Provide technical and operational guidance to peers, programs, and business units
Qualification
Required
2 to 4 years of related work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, Vlookup, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Experience working on cross-functional teams and handling high transactional volume
SAP experience is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Working knowledge of accounting theory
SAP S4Hanna experience is a plus
