The role involves providing excellent customer service, collecting past due accounts, and supporting buyers in managing their loans effectively. Responsibilities
Collect on past due accounts – Daily calls, texts, emails and letters
Accurate, timely and compliant notes of all customer interactions
Provide excellent proactive customer service to our buyers
Handle and process loan payments
Work with customers to develop a plan to get them back on track
Ability to see problems and escalate to a quick and effective solution
Document all activity and update account information
Meet and exceed performance metrics
Collaborate with a supportive and enthusiastic team
Help answer all inbound phone calls
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and driven for success
Proficient with computer systems such as CRM's, Loan Servicing and/or collections software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to negotiate and effectively come to resolutions on past due accounts
Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult situations
De-escalation and conflict resolution skills
Attention to detail and good with people
Preferred
Experience in loan servicing, collections, is preferred
