Responsibilities

Build and lead with high care, high performance: Drive your team to exceed targets while investing deeply in their growth through coaching, mentorship, and creating clear pathways for advancement
Own the sales strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and quarterly plans that achieve revenue growth targets across North America
Lead with data and coaching: Set KPIs that measure what matters - both commercial outcomes and team development - and use data to inform coaching and strategic decisions
Be the GTM connective tissue: Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align GTM efforts and drive company-wide success

Required

8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3 years leading teams, ideally in a Head of Sales or VP Sales role at a high-growth company
Proven sales leadership at scale
Strong organizational leadership experience
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and quarterly plans that achieve revenue growth targets across North America
Experience in managing a regional sales team (made up of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives)
Ability to set KPIs that measure both commercial outcomes and team development
Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships
Trust-first, ego-free leadership style
Ability to hold people to high standards and have hard conversations when performance slips
Comfortable being the market-facing leader while also being the connective tissue internally
