Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Develop and implement robust messaging solutions using Microsoft Exchange Online and on-premises platforms, aligned with best practices and organizational needs

Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize Exchange server infrastructure, including performance monitoring and resource management

Troubleshooting & Support: Lead break/fix efforts, apply server/software updates, and implement feature enhancements for Exchange and related Windows infrastructure

Email Security: Establish and enforce security standards to protect organizational communications

Documentation & Collaboration: Create detailed documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of messaging solutions

Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior staff on Exchange best practices and troubleshooting techniques

Required

Ability to resolve complex issues in fast-paced environments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communication
