Maintain the relationships with the clients and manage their accounts day to day
Responsible for investigating cases and tracing the addresses of an account
Provide client support, up-selling, investigative work and general relationship management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with a continuous record of learning
Proven ability and experience to communicate effectively on the phone
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to act in a discreet manner
Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug free (abuse of illegal and legal drugs)
Fast and accurate data entry and data processing skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Clean, presentable appearance
Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors
Meet the attendance schedule as agreed to with your supervisor
Ability to Commute: Calumet Park, IL 60827 (Required)

Preferred
Prior experience in the Banking industry, Auto industry, Finance collections and or Collateral recovery is a plus
Spanish is a plus but not required
