Responsibilities
Facilitate in-country communications, data requests, and stakeholder relationships with MCC, Ivorian government, TVET centers, and other relevant stakeholders
Review relevant program documentation including administrative data and MCC documents as requested by SI
Provide inputs to develop evaluation reports, survey instruments, and questionnaires including providing country-specific context
Partake in training, execution, and oversight of data collection activities including qualitative interviews and surveys
Travel within/to Abidjan, Bouaké and Yamoussoukro
Support the development and planning of trips for international team members
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a bachelor's degree
A minimum of five years of experience in research and evaluation
Experience working with or discussing technical issues with government officials or international donors
Fluency in French and working proficiency in English is required
Preferred
Experience working in the TVET sector preferred
