Start in 2026 SummerLockton is the world's largest privately owned commercial insurance brokerage, and they are seeking interns for their Summer 2026 Internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience in risk management and benefits consulting, working alongside industry experts and contributing to real client work.

Responsibilities
You’ll be placed on a client account or service team and will work on meaningful activities like policy reviews, client renewal presentations, market research, and onsite client meetings
In groups of 5-7 interns, you’ll tackle a real-world challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry
You’ll present your findings and recommendations to Lockton leadership at the end of the program
Explore different specialty areas of our business through weeklong case studies; work directly with leaders to solve client issues and gain exposure to diverse career paths
Qualification
Required
Must have completed junior year of college by Summer 2026
Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machine
Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
Legally able to work in the United States
