Helpdesk Technician II
Addison Group is a global restaurant technology company seeking a Helpdesk Technician II to provide onsite IT support for its San Francisco headquarters. The role involves supporting approximately 60 users in a mostly Mac environment and offers potential for growth into a full-time position.

Responsibilities
Provide deskside and executive support for Mac (75%) and Windows (25%) devices
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage conference room tech (Zoom)
Support tools like Kandji, Endpoint Central, Okta, and Google Workspace
Handle laptop setups, monitor installs, cable management, and light network checks
Travel once a month to a local warehouse
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of Helpdesk or Deskside Support experience
Strong Mac support experience
Familiarity with Kandji, Endpoint Central, Google Workspace, and Zoom
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Okta MFA knowledge
