Responsibilities
Innovate & Transform: Design and implement data analytics and automation solutions that redefine how we audit, monitor, and manage risk
Collaborate & Ideate: Partner with a dynamic team of internal auditors and leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and drive new methodologies that elevate audit efficiency
Uncover Insights: Dive into complex datasets, detect patterns, and identify trends that could shape strategic decision-making
Visualize the Future: Create intuitive dashboards and reports that bring audit findings to life, turning data into actionable intelligence
Empower and Drive the Team Forward: Share your expertise by training and mentoring Automation and Insights team on the latest tools and techniques in data analytics
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Explore and adopt emerging technologies, like artificial intelligence and advanced analytics
Build Resilient Systems: Help design and implement continuous auditing and monitoring programs that proactively address risks and keep our organization ahead of challenges
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
Proficient in handling large, complex data sets and utilizing tools such as SAP (ECC/S4), Alteryx, Matillion, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Automate to drive business improvements and automate processes
Strong ability to analyze data, apply critical thinking to uncover connections across multiple sources, and assess complex issues to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
General understanding of finance/accounting and operations processes, with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes, controls, and related data
Demonstrated project management expertise, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong leadership, communication, organizational, collaboration, and presentation skills
