Responsibilities
Provides analytical, strategic and project management support to develop and achieve successful performance of partnerships, clinical affiliates and other strategic initiatives
Responsible to report, monitor, and resolve action items for multiple organizational projects concurrently and under competing timelines
Gathers quantitative and qualitative information from a variety of internal and external sources, and synthesizes the data to develop reports and presentations that will effectively guide the deliberative decision-making process
Works closely with strategic, health system and medical group leadership
Ensures all needed assets, resources, costs and deadlines are identified and managed day-to-day, to successfully meet organizational expectations and project goals of mid-level to major complex business process and/or system project requiring innovative, development of new or improved practices, procedures, techniques or systems
Qualification
Required
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three years of related experience/training. Related experience: Developing budgets or financial models, project management, project team participation, executive presentations
Thorough knowledge of business development concepts, practices and functions including health care research resources
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to perform complex market and financial analysis
Advanced problem solving skills to assess complex issues and develop solutions
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and effectively with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams
Well-developed written and verbal communications skills including an ability to positively interact with executives, providers and staff at all levels
Ability to develop comprehensive reports and presentations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software and database applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Preferred
Academic health care, integrated hospital system experience
