Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements from service-related business units to identify key drivers of performance, including revenue, costs, profitability, and efficiency metrics
Create and maintain interactive dashboards using real-time data to visualize financial trends, enabling managers to make informed decisions quickly
Develop and nurture relationships with division managers throughout the Midwest, conducting regular meetings to understand their operational challenges and pain points
Collaborate with managers to translate financial data into understandable insights, highlighting opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
Design custom metrics and reporting tools tailored to specific service departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Provide training and ongoing support to managers on interpreting financial drivers and utilizing dashboards effectively

Required

Proven experience in analyzing financial statements within a service-related business or similar industry
Strong analytical background with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI)
Experience building metrics and dashboards with real-time data integration
Excellent 'bedside manner' – the ability to communicate complex financial concepts empathetically and clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field
Willingness to travel within the Midwest as needed to engage with division managers
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business pain points

Preferred

advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
