Sr. Sales Operations Manager, Amazon Ads - Sales Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership and translate business needs into clear project requirements that inform scalable and repeatable initiatives
Assess category needs, challenges, and opportunities. Provide a point of view on recommended action plans
Plan, design, and run tactical execution of key initiatives building and managing roadmap to achieve results
Monitor progress against defined business metrics
Create and maintain executive-level communications related to strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms aligned with centralized tooling and processes
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across the team
Identify best practices and scale learnings across US LCS (and global locales, where applicable)
Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for leadership
Partner with analytics teams to develop meaningful business metrics
Create executive summaries and recommendations based on data analysis
Act as key liaison between Sales leadership and cross-functional partners, when applicable
Manage executive communications and stakeholder relationships
Drive alignment across multiple levels of the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Preferred

Master's degree or equivalent
Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
