Supporting our Account Manager team with quotes for new business and renewals
Assisting with the renewal preparation
Preparing benefit guides and other Open Enrollment materials
Scheduling meetings with carriers
Printing and binding prospect materials
Maintaining insured info in our agency management system (BenefitPoint)
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of relevant experience
High school or equivalent
At least 2 years' administration and customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communications
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
