The Senior Analyst in External Financial Reporting will be responsible for delivering accurate SEC filings and financial disclosures, collaborating with auditors, and enhancing reporting efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K), including drafting footnote disclosures, select MD&A sections, and compiling supporting analytics

Prepare and analyze consolidated statements of cash flows and stockholders’ equity

Responsible for earnings per share calculation and share reconciliations

Perform detailed reviews and tie-outs for accuracy of filings, earnings releases, trending schedules, and other investor communications

Develop financial statement analysis and presentation materials for senior management and Audit Committee meetings

Document quarterly review procedures and support various P&L analyses and ad hoc requests

Ensure compliance with SOX controls over financial reporting

Manage external audit relationships, including responding to requests and addressing inquiries

Support the implementation and enhancement of reporting systems and tools in collaboration with Controllership and IT teams

Utilize Workiva for SEC filings, disclosure data gathering, and XBRL review

Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on accuracy and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

4+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience

CPA (or actively pursuing certification)

Knowledge of general accounting practices and financial accounting standards
