Responsibilities
Develop MRC community outreach trainings and related training materials to support volunteer engagement and program readiness
Develop, organize, and maintain materials and content for the MRC website to ensure accurate, current, and accessible information
Interface with CD&E staff to assist in developing new outreach opportunities for the MRC that support CD&E programs and community engagement efforts
Provide administrative and logistical support for MRC events, trainings, and outreach activities as needed
Assist with general administrative and program management tasks related to MRC operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology tools
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment abilities
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Cultural competency appropriate to the local community
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
