Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs
Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Degree in Human Resources
