Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures

Review estimates with management

Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More

Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget

Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc

Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed
