Senior Accountant - CPA preferred
Tripalink is a leading co-living and apartment rental platform that aims to redefine urban living. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support and lead core accounting functions, playing a key part in closing, reporting, and maintaining strong accounting controls.

Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger and month-end / year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Perform and review complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Support audits and regulatory reviews
Improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of accounting experience
CPA is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting operations
Ability to work on-site in Downtown Los Angeles
Preferred
Experience in property management or real estate accounting is a plus (not mandatory)
Proficiency in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred
