Superlanet is currently looking for an IT Manager of the Desktop and Mobility team to support a healthcare organization in the Coachella Valley, California area. This role involves leading the transformation of end-user IT infrastructure and managing a team of technicians to support the IT needs of the medical center.

Responsibilities

Leading the transformation of our end-user IT infrastructure

Overseeing desktop and laptop refreshes

Smart device support and replacements

Application upgrades across a network of 7,000+ endpoints

Leading a team of technicians who support the IT needs of the medical center

Manage customer computers, printers, and other peripherals

Participating in the IT Incident Response Team

Working closely with other teams to maintain and improve the cybersecurity posture for users and devices

Qualification

Information TechnologyEndpoint ManagementIT CertificationsProject ManagementTeam Leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field OR an additional 4 years of applicable experience in lieu of bachelor's degree

At least one certification in relevant Information Technology certification(s) in desktop, mobility IT technologies, or Project Management

5 years of progressively responsible experience in information technology or 9 years of progressively responsible experience in information technology without a bachelor's degree

Endpoint management (currently in use: Ivanti maintenance, AD/GPO, etc)
