Customer Service Specialist - Part time

Museum of the Bible is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to support their customers by assessing needs and providing solutions for a positive experience. The role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining professionalism, and generating reports on products and services.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and maintain an elevated level of professionalism with customers
Monitor customer service e-mail
Respond to I-chat
Monitor and resolve customer escalations
Build sustainable and lasting relationships with MOTB customers
Serve as a point of contact for vendors that work with customers
Meet customer satisfaction goals
Generate reporting on MOTB products and services
Help support customer acquisition and retention plans
Follow all MOTB policies and procedures
Accurate record keeping skills and system notations
Handles membership fulfilment or additional duties as needed

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Customer support experience
Effective communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience in reporting and analysis
Understanding of basic business systems
