Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of US field inventory analysts, fostering growth and skillset development
Own the global SH Field Inventory Management system and associated business processes
Manage the US cycle count process, inventory audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance to all inventory procedures
Oversee and report on global cycle count processes and inventory compliance metrics, work with regional teams to improve processes and/or tools
Partner with commercial stakeholders to align on inventory strategies to meet optimized levels and business goals, minimizing scrap risk while ensuring uninterrupted sales
Collaborate with Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure financial reconciliation of consigned inventory
Develop and manage reporting tools for cycle counts, consignment forecasting, and field inventory optimization
Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes (mature products and phase in/out activities) through data-driven analysis and tool development
Present complex data and evolving assumptions in clear, actionable formats for senior leadership
Foster a culture of accountability within team and with commercial teams to the inventory management processes and procedures

Required

Manage and develop a team of US field inventory analysts, fostering growth and skillset development
Coach other cross-functional team members on best practices and key learnings for field inventory management
Own the global SH Field Inventory Management system and associated business processes
Guide and influence regional field inventory leads and commercial teams in implementing system enhancements and program expansions
Manage the US cycle count process, inventory audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance to all inventory procedures
Lead team of analysts to complete inventory reconciliation during cycle counts
Oversee and report on global cycle count processes and inventory compliance metrics
Work with regional teams to improve processes and/or tools
Partner with commercial stakeholders to align on inventory strategies to meet optimized levels and business goals
Minimize scrap risk while ensuring uninterrupted sales
Develop intimate knowledge of consignment levels globally and lead execution of inventory initiatives
Collaborate with Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure financial reconciliation of consigned inventory
Develop and manage reporting tools for cycle counts, consignment forecasting, and field inventory optimization
Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes (mature products and phase in/out activities) through data-driven analysis and tool development
Lead change initiatives and build strategic partnerships to support organizational objectives
Present complex data and evolving assumptions in clear, actionable formats for senior leadership
Proactively identify and resolve challenges, fostering accountability across teams and stakeholders
Foster a culture of accountability within team and with commercial teams to the inventory management processes and procedures
Travel for position up to 10%

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, S&OP/IBP processes, Inventory Management, Customer Service or a related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in excel modeling, planning systems and analytics tools
Experience with SAP system or equivalent
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Experience in change management and building strategic partnerships
