Customer Service Administrator
The Race Club is a premier provider of swim clinics and camps for swimmers of all levels, headquartered in the scenic Islamorada, Florida Keys. They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to manage day-to-day customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience for all participants, focusing on customer support and satisfaction.

Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to address and resolve client inquiries effectively
Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Experience through proactive communication and solutions
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for building professional relationships
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is required; experience in sports or recreation industries is a plus
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other administrative tools is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and demonstrate a passion for customer service
