The Lead BI Analyst will be responsible for building and optimizing dashboards, conducting analyses to uncover performance drivers, and supporting data-driven planning and execution across teams.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and business relevance
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers and present clear, actionable insights
Partner with FP&A, Product, and Operations to support data-driven planning and execution
Provide weekly KPI reporting and commentary to stakeholders and senior leadership
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and consolidate dashboards
Contribute BI inputs for company-wide business reviews, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
Qualification
Required
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
Strong storytelling skills with data, including presenting to senior leadership
Ability to work with ambiguity
7+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field
Experience with data modeling, data orchestration and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
Track record of delivering analyses that influenced business or product strategy
Preferred
Experience in gaming, entertainment, or other high-volume, KPI-driven industries
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with a fast-paced startup environment
Working knowledge of Python
Working knowledge of dbt and data modeling
