Responsibilities

Maintain real-time inventory tracking of all payment terminals, peripherals, and hardware in the Payarc Portal and internal tracking sheets

Process terminal returns and exchanges in accordance with Payarc’s Terminal Return Policy & Procedure

Ensure returned devices are inspected, logged, tested, and dispositioned appropriately (restocked, discarded, or sent for repair)

Manage and monitor the terminal sign-out process for internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate recording of all movements

Coordinate with Client Onboarding Specialists to fulfill terminal deployment needs based on approved Terminal Setup Questionnaires (TSQs)

Label and organize all equipment systematically, ensuring a clean, audit-ready inventory room

Prepare and issue return labels as needed; track and log inbound shipments

Partner with QA and Operations to reconcile discrepancies in stock levels and billing triggers (e.g., restocking fees, non-return charges)

Support audits of monthly deployment and inventory reconciliation reports

Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory assessments
