Staff, Int. Program Planner- ADP Integrated Planning - Level 4
Lockheed Martin is looking for world-class talent in Project Controls to join their Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works) team. The Staff Integrated Program Planner will provide planning and scheduling support, ensuring successful program execution and performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities
The development and maintenance of schedules
Integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans
Develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis
Interact across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control
Be an active participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as part of employment
This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities
Preferred
Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
iPlan experience
Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media
Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience
Prior Aerospace experience
