Responsibilities
Confer with other engineers and personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information
Combine various designs, blueprints, and schematics
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency
Evaluate existing systems and provide recommendations on areas of improvements
Assist with demonstrations of proposed solutions
Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and recommend remedial actions
Develop or test models of alternate designs or processing methods to assess feasibility, sustainability, operating condition effect, potential new applications, or necessity of modification
Assist with the structural design of products, using drafting tools and drafting computer software
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid Edge or other design program experience
Two (2) or more years of experience in related position
Preferred
Bachelors' degree in related field preferred but not required
