Digital Sales Representative - Auto Auction

They are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Representative to drive sales and build relationships with dealers, introducing them to digital remarketing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new dealers in your assigned territory (Little Rock and surrounding area)
Develop and grow relationships with existing dealer partners
Present our innovative wholesale multi-list digital remarketing program to Franchise and Large Independent Dealer Groups
Execute strategic sales plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and report daily, weekly, and monthly progress
Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Support sellers through the process - onboarding, listing, sale, and post-sale
Distribute marketing materials to promote our digital services
Use your knowledge of vehicle values and conditions to guide proper listings
Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings

Required

A proven track record in sales, especially in wholesale automotive industry
Self-motivated, disciplined, and thrives in a remote, independent environment
Excellent communication skills and can confidently present to dealerships
Passionate about building long-term relationships and closing deals
Organized and embraces technology and new challenges
Knowledge in assessing vehicle value and condition accurately
Motivated by growth, performance, and being part of a fast-moving industry
Driven by results, with a hunter mentality
Able to travel within your territory regularly
Minimum 5 years of sales experience (automotive or wholesale remarketing preferred)
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
Must pass background check and drug screening
Strong computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel)
Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
Ability to sit for long periods of time, and walk/stand regularly
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks (e.g., stooping, bending kneeling)
