Electrification Test and Validation Senior Engineer

Responsibilities
Lead validation planning efforts across the full product lifecycle, from concept through production, ensuring designs meet performance, durability, and safety requirements
Develop and improve testing strategies, processes, and tools to maximize efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues, ensure design acceptance, and achieve manufacturing readiness
Adopt emerging technologies (automation, robotics, advanced simulation) to enhance validation capabilities
Monitor and analyze test results, machine performance, and process reliability; recommend corrective actions and improvements
Drive continuous improvement in validation methodologies and quality assurance practices
Mentor and guide teams on best practices for testing and troubleshooting complex technical challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science) or related field
Deep knowledge of product testing, validation processes, and troubleshooting in complex engineering environments
Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing validation projects with precision
Capable of translating technical insights into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences
Strong judgment and ability to resolve high-impact technical issues quickly and effectively
