Facilitates the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements, verification of necessary licensure, and accurate data entry
Oversees the Tuition Reimbursement and CEU education programs
New Hire Orientation Coordination
Assist with other duties as needed

Qualification

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Working knowledge of Federal and State wage and hour laws

Preferred

Human Resources experience preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
PeopleSoft and Taleo experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
PHR/SPHR certification a plus
